Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in hospitality or spa industry
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong multitasking ability
  • keen attention to detail
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • basic computer skills including booking and scheduling software experience
  • sales experience preferred

Job Duties

  • greet guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • schedule spa appointments and manage booking systems
  • handle payments and process transactions accurately
  • provide general administrative support to spa staff
  • promote and sell spa products and services to guests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
