Job Requirements

- must have unrestricted authorization to work in US
- must have a valid driver’s license
- some locations may require a valid chauffeur’s license
- must pass a basic math skills test
- must be willing to submit to drug test, background investigation, and driving record check
- must be willing to take a physical exam as required
- must be willing to work at an off-airport parking facility in specified locations
- must be able to work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions
- must be able to sit for extended periods
- must have hearing and vision adequate to perform job functions
- must be able to walk up and down steps and lift up to 70 pounds
- must be willing to work assigned schedule
Job Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle
- possess math skills sufficient to calculate time and money
- experience driving commercial vehicles such as shuttle buses or large trucks
- knowledge of basic vehicle operating mechanics
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills
- excellent dependability and time management skills
- strong customer focus and team orientation
Job Duties
- Transports customers by shuttle bus to and from the off-airport parking facility to the airport terminals
- greets passengers at parking facility/lot and helps with baggage loading and unloading
- provides optimal service in greeting customers, explaining shuttle services, and responding to customer needs professionally
- operates shuttle bus safely and efficiently while complying with all traffic and safety regulations
- communicates with dispatchers, drivers, and other employees using two-way radio systems to coordinate routes and pick-ups
- conducts pre/post trip inspections of buses to ensure sound operating conditions
- immediately reports any delays, accidents, or vehicle issues to supervisor
- remains vigilant for unusual or potentially threatening activities and informs management
- monitors work area and property for safety and security
- participates in all safety and security trainings
- cleans and washes buses at the end of each shift
- performs cashier duties or light vehicle maintenance when directed
