Job Requirements
- previous experience in the role being trained
- positive review status
- reports working on time and good attendance
- flexible schedule required including weekends and holidays
- experience in a kitchen or service environment preferred
- be able to lift and or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to work in extreme temperatures including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers
- must successfully complete and pass an extensive level 2 background screening including federal, state and city checks and submitting fingerprints prior to employment

Job Duties
- greet guests promptly as they arrive at their table
- inform guests of daily specials and provide detailed explanations of menu items, including ingredients and cooking methods
- train new servers, runners, bussers, utility staff, and catering team members
- address guest complaints in a positive and professional manner
- ensure that both the front of the house and kitchen adhere to sanitation standards
- complete tasks such as bussing, running, meal plating, and utility and catering duties
- handle multiple tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency
