Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • ability to work flexible shifts including AM and PM
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • customer service skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
  • clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
  • communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
  • demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining environment
  • collaborate with culinary and care teams
  • ensure timely and courteous service to residents
