Job Duties
- provide excellent service to all guests
- expediting and maintaining efficiency in food ordering, preparation and delivery
- actively participates, monitors and maintains compliance with cleaning and sanitation procedures
- handles customer complaints, concerns in a professional way
- answers the phones and books reservations, as needed
- greets and seats customers
- maintain calm in high volume environment through hands-on assistance of FOH
