Job Requirements
- must be able to work indoors in a high-temperature environment while standing for extended periods
- must work inside a food truck with extreme temperatures and humidity
- must be exposed to heat, cold, rain while on property
- must have flexible availability
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- at least 18 years of age
- food and beverage safety certifications (training/certification provided if needed)
- outstanding communication, customer service, and cash handling skills preferred
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- experience using Focus or other POS a plus
- energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable
- flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work outside in all-weather elements
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Clean, organize, stock, and maintain stations with all required supplies
- prepare ingredients for service including chopping vegetables, making pizzas, assembling sandwiches, preparing sauces
- thoroughly clean the station and manage leftover food appropriately
- maintain inventory levels as needed
- ensure that dishes are served simultaneously, meeting high-quality standards and adhering to timely service
- adhere to sanitation regulations as well as safety and appearance guidelines
- ensure proper food safe temperatures, utilizing thermometers and logs
- keep up-to-date on all food ingredients and follow internal policies referring to food allergies
- follow and report on instructions provided by the management team
- maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with coworkers and customers
- other duties as assigned
