Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work indoors in a high-temperature environment while standing for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work outside in all-weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to follow management instructions and maintain professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Food and beverage safety certifications (training and certification provided if needed)
  • Outstanding communication, customer service, and cash handling skills preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Focus or other POS a plus
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work outside in all-weather elements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Clean, organize, stock, and maintain stations with all required supplies
  • Prepare ingredients for service, including tasks such as chopping vegetables, making pizzas, assembling sandwiches, preparing sauces
  • Thoroughly clean the station and manage leftover food appropriately
  • Maintain inventory levels as needed
  • Ensure that dishes are served simultaneously, meeting high-quality standards and adhering to timely service
  • Adhere to sanitation regulations as well as safety and appearance guidelines
  • Ensure proper food safe temperatures, utilizing thermometers and logs
  • Keep up-to-date on all food ingredients and follow internal policies referring to food allergies
  • Follow and report on instructions provided by the management team
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with coworkers and customers
  • Other duties as assigned
