Job Requirements

- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds occasionally 50 pounds
- Must work all Yankee Stadium events including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks
- Must have at least two to three years experience in bar or restaurant environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact effectively with co-workers
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations
- Understanding of service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to read, speak and write English
- Physical ability to lift 10-30 pounds occasionally 50 pounds
- Availability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Mobility to perform tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling
- Two to three years of experience in fast-paced bar, high-end club or restaurant environments
Job Duties
- Providing supplies to bartenders upon request
- Stocking bar items daily and filling ice bins
- Anticipating needs throughout the shift
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Reporting timely and being prepared at the start of shifts
- Abiding by operating standards in the policy and procedure manual
- Ensuring prompt and quality service
