Job Requirements
- Completed Cashier/Service Associate training packet
- Stand 100 percent of the time with occasional walking short distances
- Use hands to frequently handle currency and operate equipment such as cash register scanner computer and calculator
- Bend and lift products up to 15 pounds continuously 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Push or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Frequent reaching and grasping at waist level occasionally above shoulder or below waist level
- Meet established volume activity standards
- Have sufficient visual acuity to check IDs checks invoices and other documents

Job Duties
- Observe and follow all company policies and established procedures
- Clean service desk/kiosk
- Maintain a neat well-groomed personal appearance and follow company personal appearance policy
- Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision
- Work within company’s management planning guidelines to maintain productivity
- Support and comply with all company safety standards and communicate equipment repairs or maintenance needs
- Treat all associates with fairness dignity and respect
- Perform accurate price check functions
- Control excessive use of store supplies such as ribbons receipt tape bags and cleaning materials
- Record price discrepancies or not on file items and request price checks promptly
- Verify all customer IDs and observe store policies on acceptance of checks and sale of restricted items
- Adhere to policy on excessive cash and request cash pickup accordingly
- Observe security standards by staying alert and reporting abnormal behavior
- Process all accepted transaction types properly in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Secure register at all times and protect company assets
- Use and maintain equipment properly and report malfunctions
- Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards per store policy and health regulations
- Be knowledgeable in produce merchandise including differentiating varieties
- Perform cashier and service associate functions frequently
- Perform other duties as assigned
