Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail sales role preferably in fashion
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Open availability to work various shifts including evenings nights weekends and holidays
- Enthusiasm for fashion and interest in the Ted Baker brand
- High school diploma or equivalent additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
- Drive sales by utilizing product knowledge effectively
- Maintain product presentation and adhere to visual merchandising standards
- Follow company policies including cash handling, loss prevention, and health and safety
- Collaborate with team members and host store partners to meet store objectives
- Use customer engagement techniques such as Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist, Thank (GOTFAT)
- Support brand promotions and meet sales KPIs
