Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- six months of relevant work or undergraduate research experience
- prior experience with social/behavioral studies involving interviews and surveys
- experience recruiting hard-to-reach populations
- experience transcribing and de-identifying audio-recorded interviews
- ability to handle highly sensitive participant data
- knowledge of mixed methods research design
- proficiency in data entry
- proficiency in MS Office applications
- familiarity with online data capture platforms
- proficiency with academic internet search engines
- proficiency with reference management software
- strong communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- detail-oriented
- fluency in spoken, written, and reading Spanish
- ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, or related field
- six months of relevant work or undergraduate research experience
- prior experience with social/behavioral research involving interviews, surveys, and observational data
- proficiency in MS Office Suite
- familiarity with online data capture platforms like REDCap and Qualtrics
- proficiency with internet search engines and reference management software
- strong written and oral communication skills
- bilingual in Spanish and English
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- organizational and time-management skills
- knowledge of social science research terminology
