Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a high end bar server or restaurant service or related work
- strong food and beverage, cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge preferred
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification

Job Duties
- Provide an enjoyable, expertly served experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of quality
- deliver detailed ingredient information and engaging descriptions of all drink menu options including wine and cocktails with passion
- continuously learn to expand knowledge of food products, liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eaux de vie, cognacs, and specialty drinks
- assist bartenders with additional side work, greet and seat guests in the absence of the hostess, take reservations, and operate the Micros Operating System
- anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- properly and accurately close guest checks, process cash and credit card payments, and settle voided checks or complimentary items
