Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to greet and assist visitors professionally
  • strong communication skills
  • experience in customer service or related role
  • ability to manage phone calls and mail efficiently
  • basic proficiency in office software and equipment
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • willingness to respond to emergencies as directed by community protocols

Job Qualifications

  • prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • basic clerical and office skills
  • ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors entering the community
  • answer questions
  • ensure visitors sign guest sheets
  • answer or direct phone calls to proper residents and staff
  • sort, deliver and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail
  • perform basic office and clerical functions
  • maintain visitor logs
  • respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
