Job Duties
- prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- work closely with culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service
- prepare menu items
- ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests
