Job Duties

  • prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • work closely with culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service
  • prepare menu items
  • ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests
