Job Duties

  • prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service
  • maintain food safety and quality standards
  • ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • prepare menu items that delight guests
  • contribute to maintaining the hotel's exceptional dining experiences
