Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license if required to operate vehicles
  • Ability to handle and account for cash
  • Flexibility to respond to on-call assignments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in parking enforcement or customer service preferred
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license if operating vehicles or shuttle bus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

Job Duties

  • Serve as attendant in parking areas under supervision
  • Enforce parking regulations
  • Ensure control gate devices operate properly
  • Make periodic inspections of parking areas
  • Collect parking fees, make change, and account for collected money
  • Safeguard funds in possession
  • Remove trash and debris from parking areas
  • Clear parking areas of snow and ice
  • Operate shuttle bus to and from parking areas if required
  • Assist in moving cars obstructing parking operations
  • Operate vehicles as necessary
  • Place and remove barricades to control traffic
  • Answer routine questions on parking regulations and traffic hours
  • Give directions
  • Perform related duties as required
