Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Communicate effectively in English
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of cleaning or maintenance experience
- Knowledge of the aviation industry
- Ability to use electronic devices including tablets and computers
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligible to acquire necessary FAA, TSA, and other security clearances
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, grasp, push, pull, crawl, crouch, bend, stretch, squat, kneel, and climb
- Ability to work at elevated heights
- Ability to respond to audible alarms
- Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments with exposure to noise, chemicals, biohazards, and weather
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of cleaning or maintenance experience
- Knowledge of the aviation industry
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including use of electronic devices such as tablets and computers
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients in person and electronically
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal as applicable)
- Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Wash and clean the exterior of aircraft including fuselage, wings, and tail
- Use specialized cleaning products and equipment to remove dirt, grease, and stains
- Inspect the aircraft’s exterior for any damage or maintenance issues and report findings
- Follow all safety protocols while working at heights and around aircraft
- Ensure the aircraft’s appearance meets airline and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with ground crew and maintenance staff for aircraft positioning and safety
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
