Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 1 year of relevant work experience or technical training preferred
- ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- capability to operate baking and packaging equipment
- physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- good communication skills
- availability to work minimum 4-hour shifts or longer based on business needs
- willingness to comply with company dress code and attendance policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- must have valid identification
- able to read, write, and communicate effectively
- completion of company introductory period of 60 days
- meet ergonomic and physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs
- able to safely perform all job functions
- meet company performance standards including attendance
- agree to wear assigned uniform
- 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred
Job Duties
- Review work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies at the start of the shift
- assemble and mix ingredients and bake goods
- package and label baked goods and maintain display cases
- clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters
- track and record inventory loss
