Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts
  • prior experience in receptionist or customer service roles
  • proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
  • strong communication skills
  • capability to perform janitorial duties
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • physical ability to complete cleaning tasks

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of prior front desk receptionist or customer service experience
  • exceptional communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, and overnight
  • friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors to the community
  • answer and direct phone calls
  • maintain resident emergency data summaries, phone logs, and emergency procedures manual
  • keep resident sign-in/sign-out logs and guest sign-in books
  • perform general typing and filing
  • monitor electronic resident call box
  • maintain cleanliness of front desk and main entrance
  • monitor office supplies
  • perform janitorial duties during overnight shifts
