Job Requirements
- One year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of basic office equipment
- Excellent phone technique
- Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 pm to 7 am
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and excellent phone technique
- Prior experience in working with public or customer service role is strongly desired
Job Duties
- Assist and direct residents to most appropriate department or person to meet their needs
- Provide assistance and information to employees, residents, and guests on a regular basis via phone, memo, fax, email, or in person
- Greet and assist visitors and guests interested in residency
- Provide brochures to visitors and ask them to complete form for Sales and Marketing Department
- Order office supplies, equipment, and other items as necessary
- Assist with the maintenance of office equipment, work with vendors on repairs as needed, and train and assist staff of use of office equipment
- Accept payment or bill accounts as necessary for additional services from residents and employees
- Manage the team’s schedule
- Help provide security by screening all visitors, responding to alarms and notifying first responder of any concerns
- Receive packages and floral deliveries, record information and notify staff or resident
- prepare birthday cards to residents for administrative staff signatures
