Job Requirements
- One year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- knowledge of basic office equipment
- excellent phone technique
- prior experience in working with public or customer service roles is strongly desired

Job Duties
- Assist and direct residents to the most appropriate department or person
- provide assistance and information to employees, residents, and guests via phone, memo, fax, email, or in person
- greet and assist visitors and guests interested in residency
- provide brochures to visitors and collect forms for Sales and Marketing
- order office supplies, equipment, and other items
- assist with maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs with vendors
- accept payment or bill accounts for additional services
- manage the team’s schedule
- help provide security by screening visitors, responding to alarms, and notifying first responders
- receive packages and floral deliveries, record information, notify staff or residents, and prepare birthday cards for residents
