Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- at least 1 year housekeeping-related experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning equipment and solutions
- ability to follow written or oral instructions
- must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- effective communication skills
- willingness to perform duties inside and outside the facility
- ability to cooperate with employees and leadership
- eagerness to assist residents
- genuine interest in geriatric care
- ability to work independently
