Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions while standing or walking during the majority of the shift
- ability to bend and lift products weighing up to 15 pounds continuously, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds on occasion
- ability to push or pull up to 75 pounds on occasion
- ability to work in and out of inclement weather when necessary
- sufficient visual acuity to read handheld device display screens and check identification cards, checks, invoices, and other written documents
- ability to handle substances associated with cleaning materials, packaging materials, fresh fruits, vegetables, shellfish, house plants/flowers, and household cleaners
Job Qualifications

- demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
- demonstrated ability to perform the technical requirements for the Hannaford To Go Service
- meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions (18 years of age)
Job Duties
- Organize and prioritize shop and pickup processes
- conduct order reviews
- check code dates and fresh product quality with a focus on produce
- count parcels to ensure accuracy
- stage orders and consolidate bags when appropriate
- setup shopper carts
- partner with department leaders to ensure items requiring preparation are handled properly
- dispense pickup and delivery orders car-side to customers and last-mile delivery drivers
- monitor and manage all last-mile delivery orders through applicable dashboards
- monitor and manage all Flybuy orders through the staff dashboard app
- answer phone calls to address customer questions and arrivals
- adhere to order wait time and order completeness goals
- handle cash pickups and change orders as requested, logging as required
- verify all customer IDs presented and observe store policies pertaining to the acceptance of checks, and the sale of age-restricted items
