Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work some weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Must be available to work 24 hour week, either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts
- Highly organized and the ability to multi-task
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Job Duties
- Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied
- Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Help other team members and maintain a clean, organized work area
