Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in room service or similar food and beverage role
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must meet legal age requirements for employment
- Must have or be able to obtain Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where required
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years prior room service experience preferred
- Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Possess a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
Job Duties
- Deliver meals to guest rooms efficiently and accurately
- Provide exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including wine and fine food pairings
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with setting up and clearing tray tables
- Respond promptly to guest requests and accommodate special dietary needs
