Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- 1-2 years prior room service experience preferred
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful

Job Duties
- Deliver meals and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure room service orders are accurate and complete
- Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist in setting up and clearing trays for room service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and other team members to coordinate orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
