Job Duties

Greet tables after they are seated and provide water service
Serve complimentary snacks to patrons once they are seated
Wrap utensils in napkins accordingly
Clear dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required
Carry dirty tableware to the kitchen area
Prepare tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments
Deliver food to tables when servers are busy
Respond to patrons' requests and inform management of any complaints
Arrange tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons
Ensure that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies
Complete side work duties as assigned
