Job Requirements
- at least two years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
- strong leadership and customer service skills
- weekday availability including weekends
- ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
- comfort working with an identity-diverse team
- ability to self-start and take initiative
- reliable transportation to the Rogers Park location

- basic barista skills a plus but not required

Job Duties
- deliver exemplary customer service through a counter-service model in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills while managing front-of-house operations
- engage with and support an identity-diverse team with kindness and respect
- self-start by identifying tasks that need attention and taking initiative to complete them
- maintain awareness and adaptability during especially busy brunch and holiday shifts
- assist with barista tasks as needed, leveraging any prior experience
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area at all times
