- Meet California statewide minimum qualifications for the discipline
- Submit a Long Beach Community College District application
- Provide current resume
- Submit all graduate and undergraduate transcripts showing school name, coursework, degree title, and conferral date
- Transcripts must be official or unofficial
- Transcripts from outside the U.S. require evaluation by a NACES or AICE member agency
- Submit Supplemental Equivalency Application if minimum qualifications are not met exactly
- Ability to work flexible schedules including day, evening, weekend, online or off campus
