Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event coordination or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Willingness to engage in cleaning and stocking duties
- Ability to work in a retail environment with public interaction
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies

- Experience working with children and children’s events
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listening
- Organizational and creative problem-solving skills
- Retail or customer service experience
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality

- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate with clients and store team members regarding events
- Complete administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandising
- Maintain store recovery and cleanliness
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to company policies and compliance
- Demonstrate positive and respectful interaction
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
