Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children and children’s events
- Retail or customer service experience required
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Capacity to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment
- Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local legal job requirements
- Must be able to perform physical requirements of the role
- Must engage in teamwork and promote a positive environment

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by fostering a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities like face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans as needed
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- Uphold company cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unloading, merchandising, and planogram processes
- Perform merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- Interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- Cross train in custom framing sales and production
- Maintain cleanliness of store including sweeping, vacuuming, and restroom upkeep
- Other duties as assigned
