Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and or carry up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work extended evening, weekend, and occasional holiday hours
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 events annually including all home games
- Willingness to work in a high demand, fast paced environment
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and work with hands for extended periods
- Ability to operate equipment and vehicles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a professional and guest-facing capacity
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, event production, sports management or recreation is preferred
- Mechanically and operationally inclined past work experience is a plus
- Basic technological proficiency with aptitude to learn
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy and order
- Professionalism in all interactions
- Attention to detail
- Collaborative, resourceful, and resilient work ethic
- Dependability to handle responsibilities autonomously
- Clear and timely communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and execute based on logistical documents
- Ability to provide excellent guest service and experiences
Job Duties
- Implement the setup and breakdown of all events and home games as directed by the Events and Entertainment Department
- Attend training as required to cultivate a high standard of safety and quality in event execution procedures
- Dispense and maintain event supplies and equipment as assigned by the Events and Entertainment Coordinator
- Assist the Events Department with transportation and escorting of cheerleaders, mascot, current and former players, and coaches during high profile events
- Operate equipment and vehicles
- Move supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Set up and tear down equipment such as tables, signage, banners, flags
