Job Duties
- Operate dish-washing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils and cooking equipment
- Maintain clean, sanitary, clutter-free and safe environment in food service areas
- Sweep, mop and pressure wash floors
- Clean and sanitize dish machine
- Clean production equipment as directed
- Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene and health
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
- Record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance
- Assist in receiving food and non-food supplies
