Job Requirements

  • age 18 or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license with good driving record
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form
  • strong customer service skills
  • team player
  • quick learner
  • ability to multitask
  • problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • able to pass pre-employment drug screen
  • able to pass security check
  • able to pass motor records check
  • able to pass non-DOT physical
  • may require credit check
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly
  • able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
  • sufficient mobility and dexterity to use office equipment
  • ability to read and understand safety and job-related materials
  • sufficient visual and auditory capacity to perform job duties

Job Duties

  • handle reservations for hotels
  • handle rental car bookings
  • coordinate limousine services for inbound aircraft
  • process fuel invoices
  • provide strong customer service
  • multitask various administrative duties
  • perform other duties as assigned
