Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of customer service experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Eligibility to obtain required credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal - as applicable)
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to reach, grasp, push, pull, crawl, crouch, bend, stretch, squat, and kneel
- Ability to work in moderate to high noise environments
- Ability to hear and respond to spoken voice and audible alarms
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Communicate effectively in English including reading, writing, and speaking
- One year of customer service experience
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including use of IPads, tablets, computers, and mobile devices
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and electronically
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances including FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal as applicable
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all airline and airport regulations and procedures
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services
- Coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experience
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
