Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Eligibility to obtain required credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal - as applicable)
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to reach, grasp, push, pull, crawl, crouch, bend, stretch, squat, and kneel
  • Ability to work in moderate to high noise environments
  • Ability to hear and respond to spoken voice and audible alarms
  • Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Communicate effectively in English including reading, writing, and speaking
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including use of IPads, tablets, computers, and mobile devices
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and electronically
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances including FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal as applicable
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all airline and airport regulations and procedures
  • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services
  • Coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experience
  • Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
