Job Duties

  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and hot catering meals
  • Preparation of other food items directed by Chef or Manager
  • Ability to read and produce basic recipes with supervision in accordance with company standards
  • Follow all HACCP rules for food production and storage
  • Ensure and maintain proper sanitation of the kitchen
  • Use of proper portioning and dietary guidelines
  • Assist in restocking and clean-up of the kitchen and serving line at the end of the service period
  • Check out with shift supervisor 20 minutes prior to leaving each day
  • Other duties as required and assigned
