Job Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education
- Knowledge of state and federal food-handling regulations, including food service operations strongly desired
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
- Ability to work part-time starting January or February 2026

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve nutritious and appealing meals
- Ensure food safety and compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Collaborate with dining staff to provide excellent customer service
- Assist in menu planning and special dietary accommodations
- Follow all established policies, procedures, and best practices
