Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least six months experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen or equivalent
Ability to adapt to changing work environments
Good organizational skills
Good oral communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long hours during events
Ability to perform repetitive eye and hand coordination tasks

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Six months previous experience as a cook in commercial kitchen or equivalent
Basic cooking procedures and techniques knowledge
Good oral communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Results driven
Preferred Serve Safe certification

Job Duties

Prepares menu items for banquet event orders
Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment
Cooks recipes as directed
Maintains a clean and safe working environment
Designs creative buffet food presentations
Prepares recipes as directed
Performs other duties as assigned
