Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work part-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, promptly and professionally responding to inquiries
- Provide information, recommendations, and booking services for a variety of guest requests, including city tours, theatre tickets, dining reservations, medical services, and flight arrangements
- Process and deliver guest messages efficiently
- Safely deliver and store guest luggage
- Stay up-to-date on all hotel services, VIP requests, and special events to anticipate and meet guest needs
- Ensure orderliness and safety in lobby and front door areas
- Support management during emergencies and special situations as required
- Project professionalism and hospitality at all times, emphasizing exceptional guest service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures when using front-of-house equipment and property management systems
