Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with hospitality tenant services property management preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work evenings and rotating weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and residents at the front desk and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain cleanliness and operation of the coffee stations
  • Monitor and manage resident amenity spaces ensuring rule compliance cleanliness and proper closing procedures
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Post resident notices as required
  • Oversee package handling and resident package services
  • Support the planning and coordination of resident events
  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of resident newsletters
  • Assist residents in submitting maintenance work orders
  • Conduct parking storage and balcony audits
  • Adhere to all company policies including grooming and conduct standards
  • Promptly address and document all resident requests concerns and service needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
