Job Requirements
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
 - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
 - Part-time availability for up to 25 hours a week
 - Willingness to work Monday evenings and rotating weekend shifts
 - Compliance with company policies including grooming and conduct standards
 
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
 - Professional and positive attitude
 - Experience with hospitality, tenant services, or property management preferred
 - Computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
 - Ability to act independently and make decisions
 - Ability to multi-task and manage several projects and excel under tight deadlines
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills
 - Flexibility for possible evening and weekend hours
 
Job Duties
- Greeting guests and residents at the front desk and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth
 - Maintain cleanliness and operation of the coffee stations
 - Monitor and manage resident amenity spaces, ensuring rule compliance, cleanliness, and proper closing procedures
 - Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
 - Post resident notices as required
 - Oversee package handling and resident package services
 - Support the planning and coordination of resident events
