The role of Concierge at Rosecastle at Deerwood is essential in maintaining this high standard of resident satisfaction and community spirit. This position is responsible for greeting and assisting residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring that everyone who walks through the door experiences a warm welcome. The Concierge acts as a vital communication hub, coordinating everyday concierge services such as arranging transportation, managing reservations, and helping residents with errands and special requests. Additionally, the Concierge supports administrative functions including scheduling, maintaining logs, and facilitating check-in and check-out processes, all while upholding the highest levels of customer service excellence.

Safety and security are also critical components of this role. The Concierge helps monitor access to the community, maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff alike. They assist with resolving any concerns swiftly and professionally, fostering trust and peace of mind within the community. This position requires working Sundays and Mondays from 9 AM to 6 PM, offering a stable schedule conducive to work-life balance. Job Duties

  • Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly, providing assistance with inquiries, directions, and requests
  • Offer a variety of concierge services, including arranging transportation, coordinating reservations, and helping residents with special requests or errands
  • Serve as a central point of contact for residents and staff, communicating important information about community events, activities, and announcements
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all residents feel valued, heard, and well-supported
  • Perform light administrative duties such as maintaining logs, scheduling appointments, and assisting with resident or visitor check-in/check-out procedures
  • Assist in the coordination of community events and activities, ensuring residents are informed and engaged
  • Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of residents and their families
  • Assist with security procedures, including monitoring guest and visitor access, maintaining a safe environment, and reporting any concerns to management
  • Position needed Sundays and Mondays 9AM-6PM
