Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly, providing assistance with inquiries, directions, and requests
- Offer a variety of concierge services, including arranging transportation, coordinating reservations, and helping residents with special requests or errands
- Serve as a central point of contact for residents and staff, communicating important information about community events, activities, and announcements
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all residents feel valued, heard, and well-supported
- Perform light administrative duties such as maintaining logs, scheduling appointments, and assisting with resident or visitor check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist in the coordination of community events and activities, ensuring residents are informed and engaged
- Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of residents and their families
- Assist with security procedures, including monitoring guest and visitor access, maintaining a safe environment, and reporting any concerns to management
- Position needed Sundays and Mondays 9AM-6PM
