Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including Fridays and every other weekend

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls and assist with resident inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate communication between residents, families, and staff
- Manage scheduling and coordinate appointment reminders for residents
- Provide information about community events and services
- Handle packages and mail distribution
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
