Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including Fridays and every other weekend
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care and support
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Answer phone calls and assist with resident inquiries efficiently
  • Coordinate communication between residents, families, and staff
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate appointment reminders for residents
  • Provide information about community events and services
  • Handle packages and mail distribution
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
