Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service hospitality tenant services or property management preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Availability to work evenings and rotating weekends
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects under tight deadlines
- Adherence to grooming and conduct standards
- Valid work authorization

- Experience with hospitality tenant services property management preferred

Job Duties
- Greeting guests and residents at the front desk and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain cleanliness and operation of the coffee stations
- Monitor and manage resident amenity spaces ensuring rule compliance cleanliness and proper closing procedures
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Post resident notices as required
- Oversee package handling and resident package services
- Support the planning and coordination of resident events
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of resident newsletters
- Assist residents in submitting maintenance work orders
- Conduct parking storage and balcony audits
- Adhere to all company policies including grooming and conduct standards
- Promptly address and document all resident requests concerns and service needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
