- excellent customer service skills
- ability to walk for duration of shift
- ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds
- must be able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas in a friendly and courteous manner
- circulate continuously throughout assigned work station
- take beverage orders and relay them to bartenders
- deliver beverages promptly to guests
- carry and balance full trays of beverages
- compute charges and accept payments accurately
- provide complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy
