Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- six months of related experience preferred
- must have excellent customer service skills
- must be able to walk for duration of shift
- must be able to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds
- must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and or certifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly manner throughout shifts
- take beverage orders and relay them to bartenders accurately
- carry and balance trays with beverages efficiently
- deliver beverages to guests in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas
- compute charges for beverage orders and accept payments maintaining an accurate bank
- provide complimentary beverages according to company policy
- circulate continuously within assigned workstation to attend to guest needs
