Job Requirements
- At least sixteen years old
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to bend, lift, carry, and stretch regularly
- Willingness to lift heavy boxes and use ladders safely
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must comply with federal, state, and local job requirements
- Ability to engage in interactive accommodation process if needed
Job Qualifications
- Retail or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to remain respectful in difficult situations
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks diligently
Job Duties
- Maintain high standard of store cleanliness and appearance
- Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures
- Dust and damp mop floors using assigned materials
- Move equipment and products for cleaning and replace correctly
- Deep clean key store areas including bathrooms and entryways
- Keep cleaning equipment neat and notify supervisors of supply needs
- Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with shopping
