Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly for greenhouse position
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions periodically
- Computer proficiency required
- Retail point of sale experience preferred
- Cash handling experience for cashier position
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Must be 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Answer customer phone inquiries and assist with questions
- Stock shelves and merchandise with correct pricing
- Tend to plants and flowers inside the greenhouse with proper care
- Unload delivery trucks and organize inventory
- Clean and maintain store and greenhouse areas as assigned
