Job Duties

  • Process payments for vehicle purchases, service transactions, and parts sales, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the dealership's professional image
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
  • Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks and customer interactions
